We have more than a decade of experience in applying robotic sorting solutions to the varying needs of the waste industry. ZenRobotics is based in Helsinki and currently employs 70 passionate employees. We started the robotic recycling revolution and are now growing faster than ever.
We are now looking for a seasoned Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing who is passionate about developing supply chain & manufacturing for our two product lines in a fast-growing company and market. As the role and function is new, you are the one that gets to establish the function, roles and processes. You have a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring our products are manufactured according to latest machinery standards and regulations. You lead implementation of new regulations and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections to conform that quality and sustainability plans are followed and fulfilled throughout the entire end-to-end supply chain. You are a key contributor to industrializing our products and ensuring the readiness of scalable cores for future. This position reports to the VP of Operations.

- A proven track-record of successful implementation of supply chain and manufacturing initiatives
- High safety, quality and environmental mindset and focus yourself
- Demonstrated ability to work across cultures in an international organization
- Entrepreneurial mind set and a can do attitude
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. from a relevant field of study
